Investigating -
Microsoft has reported an issue with their O365 platform, this is currently affecting receipt of emails by our customer support team. If you need customer support we encourage you to contact us via phone, the phone number you will call will depend on your organization and can be found on the footer of your TicketOS site.
The TicketOS platform remains operational.
